just got back from my 10-day trip to ireland. it was amazing, i cried when the plane took off out of dublin and when we landed in boston because i miss it already. both the cities and the countryside were beautiful, people there are so much fun and friendly, the craic (irish term) is exponentially greater there, and it's just all around a good time. i feel like i belong there, much more so than i do here in the states, and i'm dying to go back for good. course, i haven't explored much else of the world so i could like somewhere else even better, but for now i'll just keep dreaming of ireland.
on a school related note, i got two more rejections via email from michigan and school of mines. not ones i was crazy about so i'm not too bummed, but i should be getting a few more in the mail today since i had a hold on my post for the days i was gone.
car search still has no direction at all, seeing as how i have no idea where i'll be yet. when i was in ireland i fell in love with almost every car over there. i'm going to look into how to get a nissan micra over to the states, because i'm obsessed with it!! it's a tiny little car with amazing gas mileage and it's super cute. so we'll see if i can figure that one out. you'll definitely know if i get one :)
now time to load up jason's car (since i don't have one and he's in ireland) to head back to school and reality....
